I love my food and there is very little I don't eat (apart from sugar which I try to avoid if possible), however like everyone, I have my favourite foods (pepperoni pizza is my ultimate treat but only once in a while!) and sometimes it's the not-so-healthy stuff that we go for when we are feeling really hungry and our body wants calories and fast.
While a little of what you fancy does not do you any harm, it's a good idea to eat as balanced a diet as possible. Inner and outer gorgeousness is not always about buying the most expensive face-creams or spending hundreds on top of the range facial treatments. Some face treatments and creams are totally worth spending money (more about this later) but I'm completely against botox, fillers and surgery to make yourself look gorgeous.
Part of how we look is directly linked to our genes and and the other part of how we look is down to how well we nourish and feed our body and our mind. If you are stressed out and working in a job you hate, commuting long hours everyday and eating cereal for dinner, then no amount of collagen injections and fillers are going to make your skin look glowing and healthy! But if you keep your mind calm and feed your body with healthy and delicious foods, then you are doing the very best you can do to look after your beauty and wellbeing.
There are some foods which can really benefit your brain, skin and health if you incorporate them into your diet. Sometimes these foods are referred to as 'Superfoods' but I just like to think of them as Foods For Inner and Outer Gorgeousness!
